The technical structure can be raised as bearish very pressured by the 1659.587 area and increasing the risk of overbought and setbacks I would have to overcome 1659.587 to propose the change to a more neutral scenario

Long term comment

Although on the 27th of june marked highs at levels at 1960.000, higher levels than the previous reference highs on the 17th of january at 1769.861, the current downtrend has lost positions, retreating by -19.9% and falling again below both levels, with lows, at the moment, in quotas of 1570.000.

Technical outlook

Bullish in the long term, although it must still break above the resistance at 21.07 to slightly improve in the short term.
